Data deletion
Game saves are mainly stored on your device. Below, find out what you can delete yourself and what you can request by email.
Include the game name, the information you want deleted, and an email address for the reply. To delete a previous support message, include the address you sent it from and approximately when you sent it. Do not send passwords or identity documents.

Kidori's Delivery Express
This guidance covers the currently released Google Play edition. It does not rely on cloud backups or cross-device restoration. The developer cannot remotely erase or restore saves on your device. Guidance for other editions will be added when they are released.

Kidori: Mosquito Coil Alchemy
Alchemist is being prepared for release and has no game account to delete. Choose ≡ → New game and confirm to replace current progress once the new save succeeds. Sound and language settings and preservation copies of saves remain. To remove them all, clear app data or uninstall the app.

Email the address below to request deletion of information the developer has received, such as support emails. If necessary, you will be told how to verify the request. After reviewing the relevant information, the developer will reply with the outcome. The developer cannot delete device-only saves or Google's advertising information on your behalf.
